November Highlights

A word of thanks –

The holiday season is upon us! It’s a magical time of the year in Philadelphia with the city showing its colors at its best! As we reflect upon our musical journey over the year, we’re grateful to all our friends, fans, clients and dedicated audience for their support of our entertainment, music and musical artists.

A special thanks to all our musician friends for their creative collaboration and for sharing their art and the gift of music.

 Jazz in the neighborhood –

Jazz lives in many of our city’s neighborhoods, such as Germantown, Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, Center City, among others, in concert halls and in small places. We’re thrilled that our neighborhood, Old City, is burgeoning on the jazz scene as well as live music can be heard at a number of local clubs and at dining establishments, or at special events. We’re equally excited about the opportunity to perform in our own neighborhood at some of our favorite spots, private residences and at iconic venues: Sassafras, Wister, The Bridge, National Constitution Center, Independence Visitor Center, Pinot Boutique, Hotel Monaco, Philadelphia History Museum, Neighborhood Design Crawl, and more.

In their own words –

Creating memories – “Hello Danielle! I hope all is well with you and Laurent! Jason and I are coming up on our 1-year anniversary (November 11th) and as we reflect on that day we can’t help but think about Mélange Trio serenading our guests! The highlight of course being Laurent playing “It Might be you” on the saxophone as I walked down the aisle! Thanks again for making our wedding even more of a memorable experience!” (Jason and Dominique’s wedding ceremony and cocktail hour reception).

Jazz and Design – “Loved it! Bulthaup & Lema Studio was a perfect match for the exquisite sound of Mélange. And how special to be serenaded by Mélange as we dined outside just across the street.” (DesignPhiladelphia, Neighborhood Design Crawl, LEMA+ Bulthaup Studio, Old City).

From an iconic legend: “To LB, What a great musician you are. God bless you. Smokey Robinson, 9-27-17.” (Cars and Cigars 2017, The Capital Grille).
